Have you ever felt uncomfortable letting others know about your faith? Have you thought twice when anyone asked you: “Do you believe in Jesus?”
This world is so hateful. People have created groups to kill others who announce that they are Christians.
Sometimes in school, you know it is right what you believe but if anyone makes a joke about Jesus, you may laugh just to fit in or blend in with everyone else.
It is ok if you have felt this way, because I have, but I began reading God’s word. Jesus states that:
“Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.” Luke 9:26
I started thinking to myself. Life is already hard. I don’t want Jesus to be ashamed of me when he is before his Father and Holy Angels. Especially, when heaven and hell is on the line…. I want to spend my eternity IN HEAVEN. So, I am not ashamed of Jesus Christ.
Today, we will take a look into the life of Daniel. Daniel, a servant of God did not fear letting others know his belief!
Scriptures:
Daniel 6/ Key vs. 16
“So the king gave the order, and they brought Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. The king said to Daniel, “May your God, whom you serve continually, rescue you!”
“Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.” Luke 9:26
